    Build it once, build it right

    Proper prep and waterproofing before tile. Fixtures set and tested. We walk the finished bath with you and fix punch-list items before we leave.

How long will we be without a working bathroom?
Depends on scope. A powder room refresh is different from a full primary bath gut. We give you a realistic downtime range in the written estimate.
Do you handle shower waterproofing?
Yes. Waterproofing and prep happen before tile—we do not skip that step to hit a lower number upfront.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Gallen Restoration is licensed and insured for Maryland residential work.
