How it works

    Site visit and feasibility

    We look at lot lines, existing structure, and what you are trying to add. We will tell you early if zoning, setbacks, or foundation work affects the plan.

    Scope, permits, and timeline

    Written estimate covers structure through finished interior—not just framing with finish work TBD. Permit timeline included where we can estimate it.

    Build and tie-in

    We coordinate trades, protect the existing home during construction, and walk the finished addition with you before closeout.

Yes. Permits and inspection scheduling are part of the project plan—we do not leave that on your plate alone.

That is the goal. Siding, roof line, and trim tie-in are scoped in the estimate—not an afterthought.
How do you handle living in the house during an addition?
Depends on the build. We walk through access, dust, noise, and timeline on the first visit so you know what you are signing up for.
