Scope

Backsplashes, showers, and floors—layout planned before the first cut, grout lines straight, waterproofing done where water actually hits. Tile work you do not have to fix again in two years.

Best for

Homeowners who want tile done right—kitchen backsplashes, shower surrounds, mudroom floors, or bath floors

What's included

  • On-site consultation and written estimate
  • Layout planning and material guidance
  • Waterproofing and prep for wet areas
  • Grout, seal, and cleanup

How it works

  1. 1

    Plan the layout

We look at the space, tile size, pattern, cuts at edges, and outlets or fixtures. Layout gets planned before demo—not figured out on the wall.

  2. 2

    Prep and waterproof

Showers and wet areas get proper prep and waterproofing. That step is in the estimate—not skipped to win the bid.

  3. 3

    Set, grout, and walk through

Tile set, grout lines cleaned, caulk and seal where needed. We walk the finished work with you before closeout.

What to expect

Helpful to have ready

  • Photos of tile you like—size, pattern, color
  • Know whether this is backsplash, floor, or full shower surround
  • Access to the work area and any existing tile you want removed

May not be the right fit if

  • You only need one loose tile re-adhered—that is a repair call, not a tile project estimate
  • Active plumbing leaks behind the wall—those get fixed before tile goes up

Common questions

Do you supply tile or do I buy it?
Either works. We can include material in the estimate or install tile you purchase—we will confirm quantities and suitability on the walkthrough.
Can you match existing tile for a repair?
Sometimes. We will tell you on the visit if a match is realistic or if a designed transition makes more sense.
Do you handle shower waterproofing?
Yes. Wet-area prep and waterproofing are part of shower scope—not optional.
