    We look at wall condition, ceiling height, trim detail, and color goals. We will tell you if prep is heavier than a quick coat can fix.

    Scope prep and coats

    Rooms, surfaces, paint quality, and prep work spelled out in writing—so you know if we are patching nail holes or skim-coating full walls.

  3. 3

    Prep, paint, and cleanup

    Floors and furniture protected, cut lines clean, and rooms returned usable at the end of each day where possible.

We can include quality paint in the estimate or use product you supply—we confirm gallons and sheen on the walkthrough.
How long until we can use the room?
Depends on paint and ventilation. We give you a realistic dry-time and recoat schedule before we start.
